Overview

The i450 is an ultrasonic flowmeter designed for accurate volumetric flow measurement of common marine fuel oils. Its full-bore design ensures reliable performance with minimum pressure loss, making it ideal for measuring viscous fuel fluids even under varying flow conditions. With its wide dynamic range, the i450 adapts to changing flow rates. It also features an integrated temperature sensor, enabling precise temperature measurement as an additional process parameter.

The i450 is the ideal companion to the EcoMATETM Compact system for monitoring fuel consumption and emissions on smaller river-sea vessels and Inland Waterway Transport (IWT) vessels. Engineered for space efficiency, the i450’s ultra-compact and lightweight sensor design allows for easy installation in the confined spaces of inland vessel engine rooms. This makes it a cost-effective, space-saving alternative to Coriolis mass flowmeters for flow ranges up to 480 l/h / 126.8 gal/h.
